Palzy works because members treat each other well. These terms set out the ground rules, in plain English.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Draft, pending legal review. This is a plain-English draft and may change before launch.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name]("Palzy", "we", "us"). By messaging Palzy on WhatsApp or using our services, you agree to these terms and to ourprivacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Palzy.
2. Who can join
- You must be 21 or older.
- You must use your real identity. You'll verify it with a government ID and a selfie before your first plan, and the name and photo you use must be your own.
- For now, Palzy is for people who live or work in Gurgaon.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and can't be shared or transferred.
- You can't join if we've removed you from Palzy before, or if you've been convicted of a violent or sexual offence.
3. How Palzy works
Palzy is an AI concierge on WhatsApp. You tell Palzy about yourself and who you'd like to meet. Palzy suggests introductions and small plans, and a person on our team reviews suggested matches. Nobody meets unless everyone involved says yes to the plan first.
Palzy is for friendship, activity partners and good company. It isn't a dating service, and we don't guarantee that any introduction will lead to a friendship, or anything else.
4. Conduct rules
Be the kind of person you'd want to meet. In particular, you agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone, on Palzy or after meeting through it.
- Pressure anyone into anything, including sharing contact details, meeting again or going somewhere private.
- Send sexual content or make unwanted advances.
- Use hateful language or discriminate against anyone based on religion, caste, race, gender, sexuality, disability or background.
- Lie about who you are, impersonate anyone, or use someone else's ID.
- Sell, promote or recruit for anything: no business pitches, MLM, fundraising or spam.
- Share another member's personal details, photos or messages without their permission.
- Do anything illegal, or use Palzy to cause harm.
5. Meeting in person
- First meets happen in public places, like the café, park or venue in the plan. Don't change the plan to somewhere private.
- Arrange your own transport and leave whenever you like. You never owe anyone more of your time.
- Respect the plan. If you can't make it, tell Palzy as early as you can.
- If anything feels wrong, leave and tell us. In an emergency, call 112.
Read our safety guide for more tips.
6. Our responsibility
Palzy introduces people. We verify identities and review matches and reports, but we can't control what members do and we don't run criminal background checks. You are responsible for your own interactions and decisions, online and in person, and Palzy is not responsible for the conduct of any member.
Palzy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your interactions with other members. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
7. Account removal
- You can leave at any time. Text "delete my account" to Palzy or email us, and we'll close your account and delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
- We can pause or remove your account if you break these terms, if a report about you is upheld, if we can't verify your identity, or if we believe it's needed to keep members safe. Where it's safe to do so, we'll tell you why.
- If you think we've made a mistake, reply to us and a person on our team will look at it again.
8. Paid features
If we ever add paid features, the price will always be shown to you clearly before any charge.
9. The legal bits
- The Palzy name, logo and service belong to us. Please don't copy or misuse them.
- We may update these terms. If the changes are meaningful, we'll let you know on WhatsApp before they take effect.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
- If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
